Just a note to thank you and the entire team at Travellers Inn who helped make our film shoot go so smoothly. We asked the impossible of you day in and day out – and somehow you pulled the rabbit out of the hat each and every time.
I’d especially like to thank you for the fantastic Production Office space. What an asset this will be for the film community on the Island. The layout worked perfectly for our needs and again, you did everything possible to make it comfortable for us. It was so much more efficient for us to work from space that was a dedicated Production Office, rather than just a conference room. Donna, I can only imagine how much more difficult my job would have been without the Travellers Inn. With 300 people to accommodate at the height of the summer season, no other hotel could have come through for us the way you did.

I can’t tell you how easy the Traveller’s Inn staff makes it for productions in Victoria!
Walking into a fully operational production office plus having access to hundreds of hotel rooms with a single phone call is a luxury seldom found in this industry. Plus, no matter how many times we say “Just one more thing”, all our requests are met with courtesy and an honest effort to assist. Being able to work at home in Victoria is a treat, and having Traveller’s Inn working with us only adds to the pleasure.

Hello Donna,
I am writing this letter to Donna Petrie for the excellent quality of service that she has provided us, on the filming of Alienated.
I have worked with Donna many times in the past and she always takes care of to the best of her ability, usually she goes far beyond what we are expecting. Donna takes care of our hotel needs from start to finish. All we do is call her with the name and date of arrival, and she does the rest.
The production office is the best in Victoria, being that you just walk in and all is set up.The office is always kept clean for us, and anything we need Donna is able to aquire for us. Overall, the experience is well worth it.
The Traveller's Inn is super film friendly, and we would gladly work with them again!

I am so happy to respond with a word from Studios Victoria about our experience with Travellers Inn and of course you! As you know, both Marnie and Colin would follow you to Hell's Own Inn if that's where you chose to fetch up, because you truly have a gift for creating environments that even exceed your promise of perfection.
Thank you so much for making our production so at home. It was wonderful having your personal service for room bookings as well as the tiniest details and bits of magic problem-solving required by our goofy industry.
We also thank you so much for making monthly rentals possible. It meant we could really pamper our crew within our very limited budget. If they are happy - we are happy, and they were. It was a luxury for them to have kitchen facilities and comfy quarters. After 14 hour days, they needed all the comfort they could get.
Most of all, Donna, it's been a pleasure getting to know you. Colin and Marnie have sung your praises for years, but this time I got to meet you and my impression is we could light our entire set just off your energy. You are excellent at what you do and you certainly know the art of making people around you feel terrific.
